Company: Refers to Trust Pro Title.
Client: Any individual or entity that engages the Company's services.
Services: Includes, but is not limited to, title searches, insurance issuance, escrow services, and other related services. - Scope of Services
The Company provides title insurance and related services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specific service terms are outlined in separate agreements or policies provided to the Client. - Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Cooperate with the Company in all aspects of service delivery.
Notify the Company of any changes to information that may impact services. - Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be detailed in the service agreement. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur penalties or interest as permitted by law. - Confidentiality
The Company will maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information in accordance with applicable laws. However, the Company may disclose information as required by law or with the Client’s written consent. - Limitations of Liability
The Company is not responsible for errors or omissions in public records or other information provided by third parties. Liability for any claims related to the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. - Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction], unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Clients waive their right to a jury trial or class action in resolving disputes. - Termination

SMS Terms of Service

SMS services are supported by most major mobile carriers in the United States. However, the Company does not guarantee the delivery of SMS messages and is not responsible for delays or errors in message delivery.
